Terms of Service
Last updated: January 2026
Acceptance of Terms
By using this site or calling Apex Roofing Pros, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using this site.
This site helps you learn about roof work and call a roofer. It does not replace an on-site roof check. Roofs can change fast due to storms, age, heat, and water.
Estimates & Inspections
All prices are rough until we check the roof. Final price is given in writing before work starts. The written price lists the work, parts, labor, and key terms.
Phone ranges are not final quotes. Bad wood, extra roof layers, steep slopes, access issues, and code needs can change the price.
Workmanship & Warranty
Apex Roofing Pros backs each job that qualifies with our Life-Time Promise. Product warranties may also apply. Terms depend on the signed work order and the product used.
Warranty service covers approved work defects. It does not cover new storms, falling trees, animals, work by others, neglect, bad attic changes, or normal wear. Call us if you are not sure.
Payment Terms
A deposit may be due before parts are ordered. The rest is often due when work is done. Payment terms are shown in the written agreement.
Claim jobs may have a different pay plan because carriers send funds in steps. You are still in charge of deductibles, upgrades, uncovered work, and unpaid balances.
Limitation of Liability
Site content is general info. We try to keep it right, but roof needs must be checked at the home. Signed work terms control the service.
If you have a live leak, open roof, sagging area, or storm harm, call (786) 882-1194 now. Fast help can reduce more damage.
Changes
We may update these terms. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms. Questions? Call Apex Roofing Pros at (786) 882-1194.
Scheduling and Access
You agree to give safe access to the roof, driveway, yard, attic, electrical panels, and other areas needed for the inspection or work. Please move pets, cars, outdoor items, and fragile goods before the crew arrives when possible.
Weather can change roof schedules. Rain, high wind, heat, snow, unsafe decking, material delays, or permit delays may move a start date. We try to give notice as soon as we know the schedule needs to change.
Plain Terms Summary
Use this site to learn and call for roof help. A final roof plan needs an on-site check and a written agreement. Ask questions before work starts. If you have an urgent leak or open roof, call right away so the home can be protected.
